Challenge: A small community was putting pressure on their
neighboring city's hospital system to open an urgent care facility
near their town. The hospital system was sensitive that something

care center.

and insurance payors.

team of registration individuals and medical assistants were hired,
oriented, trained, and certified on the appropriate systems.
Various
types of technology were implemented to increase operational efficiency.
Market
tracking and assistance was provided to the hospital's advertising
team for better targeting and effectiveness.
The
Revenue Enhancement team facilitated the claims processing, submission,
and accounts receivable follow up, producing timely status reports
to the hospital's senior management.
